Delivery & Site Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is safe, accessible and suitable for heavy transport equipment.

• Provide adequate access and clearance.
• Ensure overhead obstacles are removed or identified.
• Verify sufficient space for delivery equipment.
• Advise us of any site restrictions before dispatch.

Maritime Container Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccessible sites.

Property & Ground Conditions

Container deliveries involve heavy vehicles and equipment. Customers are responsible for assessing ground conditions before delivery.

• Soft ground, grass and gravel surfaces may be affected during delivery.
• Underground utilities should be clearly identified before placement.
• Driveways, paving and landscaping should be assessed before delivery.
• Customers accept responsibility for site suitability.

Permits, Zoning & Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals or permissions required for container placement.

Maritime Container Services accepts no responsibility for zoning violations, HOA restrictions, permit issues, fines or relocation costs.
