Orders & Payments

Order Refusal & Cancellation

Maritime Container Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, legal restrictions, or operational limitations.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access for container delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to site restrictions, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible placement areas, additional transport charges may apply.

Limitation Of Liability

Maritime Container Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, order delays, third-party transportation issues, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
