Site Preparation Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for container placement.

• Adequate truck access is required.
• Clear overhead access must be available.
• The ground surface should be level and stable.
• Site restrictions must be disclosed before delivery.
• Customers must ensure adequate space for unloading.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery distance, container size and site accessibility.

All applicable delivery costs are disclosed before checkout or included within your official quotation.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather events, transport issues, road restrictions, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.

Maritime Container Services is not liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or differs from your purchase, please notify our team immediately after delivery.

Providing photographs and order details will assist us in resolving the matter quickly.
